If you are no longer able to access your site,
there are a few troubleshooting steps we can do to resolve the issue

Are you using a custom domain name?
If you are using a custom domain name with your site, please ensure that: your custom domain name is still properly pointing to Adobe Portfolio and connected to your Adobe Portfolio site.
1. Confirm that your Portfolio URL is working by removing the custom domain name from your site within your Editor > Settings > Domain Name > Remove custom domain.
2. Check your built-in Portfolio URL (username.myportfolio.com)
3. If your built-in Portfolio URL works, please ensure that:
- your custom domain name is still pointing to Adobe Portfolio
- your custom domain name is not expired

Is your site published?
1. You can check the status of your site my logging into portfolio.adobe.com. Your Manage Sites dashboard will show you if your site is live and published:
- Published means your site is live
- Draft means your site is offline
2. If your site is not published, log into your Editor and hit Publish Site in the left toolbar

Do you have a paid Creative Cloud subscription?
In order to publish a Portfolio site and keep it live, you will need to have an active paid Creative Cloud subscription. Adobe Portfolio is included with any of the following plans: https://creative.adobe.com/plans
- You can check to see what type of plan on you are on by visiting account.adobe.com.
