If you've logged in and received an Access Denied warning, it's likely caused by one of the following issues:
- The Adobe ID is associated with a K-12 student/faculty account
- The Adobe ID you are signing in with is an Enterprise ID that does not have access to Adobe Portfolio
- Multiple profiles under one account (Business and Personal Profiles)

K-12 student/faculty account
Generally, all K-12 Profiles have Portfolio access turned OFF. For additional information, please have your IT administrator connect with Enterprise support here:

Enterprise IDs that do not have access to Portfolio
If you are logging in with an Enterprise ID provided by an employer or team, it's possible that Adobe Portfolio is not included or sharing restrictions are enabled.

Multiple profiles under one account
Adobe IDs can contain multiple Profiles for schools, jobs, or other teams, as well as a Personal Profile. Each profile can have different levels of access; different apps, storage amounts, and services.
In order to log in with a different Profile linked to your Adobe ID, you should first turn OFF automatic profile selection. Scroll to "Can I select a profile automatically?" on this help article to learn more.
Once automatic profile selection is turned off, return to Portfolio while logged out and attempt to log in again. You should be presented with a screen offering two or more Adobe Profiles to log in with. Select the Personal Profile and complete the log in. You should have access, but if you're still running into trouble, try using an Incognito window first - your browser's cache may be in tact, so an Incognito window will give you a fresh browser.
If you're an existing Portfolio user and the Personal profile is now blank, it's likely that your Portfolio was migrated to the new School/Work Profile when your Adobe ID was associated with your organization's team. Please contact us so we can migrate your Portfolio site(s).
