🧩 Troubleshooting Tips
-
Double-check for typos in your DNS entries.
-
Make sure all four A records are added.
-
DNS changes can take time — wait 24–48 hours.
- Remove any A Records that are not pointing to the provided IP addresses.
- If you are using CAA Records, please ensure they are set to issuewild and pointing to letsencrypt.org. More on that here.
- Ensure nameservers are pointing to your domain provider's default nameservers.
- Do not remove & re-enter your custom domain name within Adobe Portfolio Settings more than five times. This will cause a delay in generating a SSL Certificate. You will also need to wait one week to re-enter your custom domain.
