SSL Certificates are currently supported on all Portfolio URLs (ex. yourname.myportfolio.com), as well as custom domain names. You do not need to purchase any additional SSL certificates from third-party providers -- it will automatically load once your custom domain name is mapped and connected.
Note: Please allow up to 30 minutes for the SSL certificate to load.

Troubleshooting SSL certificates
If your SSL certificate or if you see a "Your site is not secure" message, here are a few steps you can follow to troubleshoot the issue:
- Verify that the root of your domain (ex. username.com) and the www version of your domain (www.username.com) are pointing to Adobe Portfolio's IP address. If they are pointing to multiple IP addresses, you will need to remove any Records that are not pointing to Adobe Portfolio.
- You can verify this here.
- If you've verified that your domain name is properly mapped to Adobe Portfolio's IP address, try removing and re-adding your domain within Adobe Portfolio's Settings. Please do not remove & re-add your domain within Settings more than 5 times.

If your domain name is not properly mapped to Adobe Portfolio's IP address, refer to this help article: Setting Up Your Custom Domain Name
