If your Portfolio plan lapsed and your site went offline, restoring it takes three steps: get an active plan that includes Portfolio, make sure your site is on the profile that holds that plan, then publish it again.
Step 1: Get an active plan that includes Portfolio
Portfolio is included with most Creative Cloud plans. Check your plans and renew or start a plan if yours has ended.
Note: Portfolio is not included with Adobe Firefly, Acrobat Pro, or Adobe Express plans, and is not available on K-12 school licenses.
Step 2: Make sure your site is on the right profile
Renewing a plan does not automatically move a site back. If your site was moved to a different profile while the plan was inactive, it stays there until it is moved back.
Sign in and check each Adobe profile you have. If you find your site, publish it again and you are done. If you cannot find it, see My site disappeared from my account.
Note: you can only move a site between Personal profiles yourself. If your site is on a Business profile and your plan is on a Personal one, or the other way around, our support team has to move it for you. See the last section of this article.
Step 3: Publish your site again
A site that went offline during a lapse stays unpublished until you publish it. Open your site in the editor and choose Update Live Site, or Publish Site if the site has never been published before.
If you need us to move the site for you
If your site is on a profile you can no longer sign in to, or you cannot move it yourself, our support team can move it for you.
If you still need help, contact Portfolio Support. Include your Portfolio address (yourname.myportfolio.com) and the email address you use to sign in to Adobe.
