Adobe Portfolio is included with your Creative Cloud plan rather than billed on its own, so refunds are handled by Adobe billing rather than by the Portfolio team.
How to cancel and request a refund
- Open your plans.
- Select Manage plan for the subscription you want to cancel.
- Select Cancel your plan and follow the steps shown.
- Check your email for Adobe's confirmation, or return to your plans page to confirm no active subscription remains.
For the full process, see Adobe's Cancel your Adobe subscription.
Refund eligibility
Most plans can be cancelled for a full refund within 14 days of the initial purchase or the start of a trial.
After that window, what happens depends on the type of plan you have. An annual plan paid monthly carries a cancellation fee, an annual prepaid plan is generally not refundable before the year ends, and a month-to-month plan has its own terms. Terms also vary by country.
Check the terms for your own plan and region in Adobe's subscription terms and refund policy.
Domains bought through Portfolio
A domain purchased through Portfolio is registered by Namecheap, and domain registrations are handled separately from your Adobe plan. Cancelling your Adobe plan does not cancel or refund a domain, and a refund on your Adobe plan does not cover one.
Namecheap is your domain provider, so billing, renewal, and refund questions about the domain go to them at support@namecheap.com. See Buy a domain through Adobe Portfolio and Turn off auto-renewal for your domain.
What happens to your site
If your refund ends your plan, your site stays live for a 14 day grace period and is then unpublished. Your content is kept either way. See What happens to your site after you cancel.
