If your Portfolio account was moved to another profile or Adobe ID but something still is not right, work through these in order. For what a migration does and does not change, see What happens to your site during a migration.
You cannot find the site after the move
Sign out completely, then sign back in and select Personal. If you are never offered a choice, turn off automatic profile selection in your Adobe account settings.
Note: you can only migrate between personal accounts. If you are signed in with a business profile, you cannot complete the move yourself - our support team has to do it for you. Contact us using the link below.
The site is there but the live address does not work
A migrated site is not always still published. Open the editor and check. If the site is not live, choose Update Live Site, or Publish Site if the site has never been published before.
The editor loads but will not save or publish
This usually means your site and your plan are on two different profiles. It is common to have both a personal account and a business profile, with the site on one and the paid plan on the other. The editor opens either way - being able to open it does not tell you anything about your plan - but publishing needs a plan on the same profile as the site.
Check which profile holds your plan at your plans. A plan inside its grace period still lets you publish and keeps your site live; a plan that has fully lapsed does not. If the site and the plan are on different profiles, they need to be brought onto the same one - see What happens to your site during a migration.
Lightroom or Behance content is missing
Images and content you already imported stay on your site, but the connection to Lightroom or Behance breaks during a move and will not sync again on its own.
To restore it, contact Lightroom support and Behance support separately and ask them to migrate your Lightroom and Behance accounts to the same account or profile your Portfolio is now on. Your original albums and projects in Lightroom and Behance are unaffected.
Still stuck
Tell us what you have already tried and which profiles you checked - that saves a round trip.
If you still need help, contact Portfolio Support. Include your Portfolio address (yourname.myportfolio.com) and the email address you use to sign in to Adobe.
