Add images and photo grids

Use the Image module for a single image, or a Photo Grid to show a larger group of photos together. This guide covers both.

Add a single image

If you have an image you wish to upload from your device, you can use the Image module. 

To add an Image Module:

1. Open up a Default page 
2. Click the pencil icon directly from the page 
3. Click Image 
4. Select an image

Note: if you select multiple images, they will appear stacked. If you place one image next to another, we automatically adjust their ratios so they align. 

To replace an image

1. Hover over your image
2. Click the pencil icon
3. Click Replace Image

 To delete an image

1. Hover over your image
2. Click the pencil icon
3. Click Delete Image

Adding a link

If you wish for your image to open a link when clicked on: 

1. Hover over the image
2. Click the pencil icon
3. Click Add Link
4. Select whether you wish to link your image to an existing page or an external URL

Note: We do not support URLs with special characters such as %. For best practices on image sizing, please refer to our Image Formatting Guide. 

Create and manage a Photo Grid

A Photo Grid is a way for you to showcase larger groups of photos within a Page in a grid format. It’s great for displaying a cohesive collection of images.

Add a Grid

To add a Grid: 

1. Click the + icon and select Photo Grid
2. Select the photos you wish to upload to your Photo Grid

Note: Grid photos are uploaded and sorted in the order within the file picker – not by creation date; file name; last modified; size; orientation, etc.

Each page can hold up to 600 modules in total (images, grids, video, audio and so on) and up to 500 images, including images inside grids. A single Photo Grid can hold up to 300 images. We also recommend consolidating where you can, for the best viewing experience and page speed.

 Add images to an existing Grid:

1. Hover over the Photo Grid
2. Click the pencil icon 
3. Click Manage Images
4. Click Add Photos
5. Select between uploading from your device or Lightroom CC 

 Reorder images within a Grid: 

1. Hover over the Grid 
2. Click the pencil icon
3. Hit Manage Images
4. Drag an image and drop your images

Delete an image from a Grid

1. Hover the Grid
2. Click the pencil icon 
3. Hit Manage Images
4. Hover over the image you wish to delete
5. Click the x icon in the top right corner of the image 

 Adding Grid Captions

1. Hover over the Grid 
2. Click the pencil icon
3. Hit Manage Images
4. Click into Add Caption... text box 

Note: Photo Grid captions will be used as your alt-text for Photo Grid images. 

Editing Grid Style 

1. Hover over the Grid 
2. Click the pencil icon
3. Hit Edit Grid Style

Here you can customize the following:

• Gutter
• Images per row
• Width
• Margins
