Seeing your "Your Album has already been imported" message
If you are seeing this error, it means that your album has already been imported into at least one of your websites.
There are currently three workarounds to get this album on your desired website.
1. Create a copy of the album in Lightroom and share the copy to Adobe Portfolio.
2. Change your default website to the website you wish to import the album to. More on how to change your default website here. Then share the album from the Lightroom platform to Adobe Portfolio.
3. Delete the Lightroom album/page on all Adobe Portfolio sites and attempt to import again.

Cover Images not importing
If you change the cover images of an already imported Lightroom album, the new cover image will not update on Adobe Portfolio. Page Covers are considered customizations and will not reset from Lightroom.

Not importing Lightroom Album Order
We import custom orders but not sort or view by date, last edited, etc.

Captions are not importing to Adobe Portfolio
We import captions, but not titles. Please ensure that you are adding Captions, not Titles in Lightroom.

Videos in Lightroom Albums
If you are trying to share videos, they will not import. We only accept Lightroom images.

Seeing Oops, there is a problem... try again.
This can happen when the connection between Adobe Portfolio page and Lightroom album is broken. To fix this issue, you will want to create a copy of the Lightroom album in Lightroom CC or Lightroom Web > Send to Portfolio.
