Once your domain name has been properly mapped to Adobe Portfolio's IP address & connected within Adobe Portfolio's Settings, an SSL Certificate will be generated automatically within the hour. If this is not the case, here are a few steps you can follow to troubleshoot the issue (we encourage anyone experiencing SSL Certificate issues to follow these steps):
2. If you've verified that your domain name is properly mapped to Adobe Portfolio's IP address, try removing and re-adding your domain within Adobe Portfolio's Settings. Please do not remove & re-add your domain within Settings more than 5 times.
