All Adobe Portfolio themes have the ability to have a simple rollover appear for Cover Images.
UPLOAD: To upload a rollover Cover Image, click on the pencil tool that appears to the left-side of the project cover when you hover over it. Click Edit Cover Image > You will see 2 tabs, "Regular" and "Rollover", choose Rollover > Upload Image.
REPLACE: To replace an existing rollover Cover Image, click on the pencil tool that appears to the left-hand side of the project cover when you hover over it. Click Edit Cover Image > You will see 2 tabs, "Regular" and "Rollover", choose Rollover > click Remove Image on the top right > Upload new image.
To customize the overlay that appears by default, click next to a Cover Image and click Customize. Here you can click "Cover Images" at the top of the popup and then change the Overlay and Overlay on Rollover present on your Cover Image.
You can also use the menu above to edit what information is displayed about the Pages. In some themes, this info shows on the Cover Image, in others it appears above or below the Cover Image. Use the toggles on the left to display Page Titles, Page Dates, Custom Field, Page Descriptions, or Creative Fields on or off. Clicking into any of those fields gives you options you can edit--font size, color, alignment, etc.
